This product does help a lot when I want to use my laptop on my bed. This kind of table is far better than a regular bed tray since it is angle adjustable and gives more space to my legs. For standing while on your laptop, this is a use where this product really shines. It's lightweight and collapses completely when not in use. You can adjust it to a variety of heights. There's a compass-degree guide on the hinges to make it easier to align the left and right hinges to the same angles. (Without the guides, it would be very difficult to figure out the angles. I struggled with this until I realized the utility of the compass numbers on the hinges. Just look at the setting on one side - say, 75 degrees - and match it on the other side.
